  • When will I receive an email reminder that my policy is due to expire?

    You will recieve your email reminder 30 days before the renewal date that you have entered into your Policy Manager.

  • What policies can I upload?

    You can upload any type of insurance policy that you can think of, as long as it is yours to upload.

  • Do I have to use the Quote Manager?

    No. You are not obliged to use the Quote Manager. Please note that the Quote Manager is provided by Seopa Ltd and for UK residents only at this time.

  • If I change my details, will this affect my policy?

    Any details that you change on your Policy Manager will not be directly fed through to your insurance company and therefore you must ensure that you contact them directly with any changes as this may affect your policy with them.

  • How do you use my data?

    Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.

  • I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

    If you have forgotten your password just click on “forgotten password” in the Log In area of the Policy Manger.

  • How do I amend my profile?

    Simply log in and click on "My Account" and then choose "My Profile" and make the necessary updates.

  • How do I change my email address?

    All you need to do is log in, click "My Account" and then "My Profile" and enter your new email address.

  • I don’t appear to have received a reminder that my policy is due to expire – what could be the reason for this?

    Firstly, please log into your Policy Manager and check that the date of expiry that you have entered for your policy is correct. You should receive your reminder email 30 days before this date. If the date you have entered is correct, please check your junk email box and ensure that the email has not been delivered to this folder. If it has, please amend your settings to ensure that emails from PolicyBuddy go directly to your inbox. If the reminder email is not in your junk email box and you are sure you have entered the correct date, please email us using contact@policybuddy.com. We will endeavour to respond within 48hrs.

  • How can you offer a free storage and reminder service? Is there a catch?

    No, no catch! We are pleased to be able to offer this service free of charge to our users. Our revenue is generated from a number of areas and this supports the free service. These areas include commissions from the quote manager provider if insurance policies are purchased through this service and future advertising from relevant suppliers on the site.
